Sellers register in advance and pay a $35 fee to bring anything in their car, truck or trailer for the auctioneers to sell. Large items are welcome! This is your chance to have buyers from three states come bid on "any thing you bring". Tractors, trailers, boats, cars, motorcycles and even some animals are welcome to be sold, along with attic treasures and barn finds. Multiple auctioneers will be selling from multiple lines of vehicles in order to get everything sold in this fast-paced and wildly fun sale!
Buyers will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of items including NEW retail items by the palette, vintage household items, rare collectibles, antiques, decorative finds, tools, toys, and so much MUCH more! Something for everyone...even if you only come to see the excitement of this unique auction method which originated at FoxView in Nashville, Michigan, during the Covid-shutdown as a means to create any income possible for those unable to work at that time, along with being a well-planned effort to attract visitors to the newly-opened but yet-unopened community venue, FoxView. As the auctions continued, so did the popularity, as they quickly outgrew the time and space available in the parking lot, and it was clear the successful concept needed space to grow in order to accommodate the growing interest in this unique event. Auction Fest at Barry County Fairgrounds allows for unlimited vehicles to bring an even wider variety of items to be sold than ever before!

Flea Market spaces unlimited in size are also available for $35 so sellers may sell directly to the auction crowd, with no sales commission to the auction. Food vendors are welcome to purchase a $35 space, also.
Auction Fest Details
June 24, 2023, live auction at Barry County Fairgrounds with multiple lines of sellers and variety of items for sale.
Auction and flea market hosted by FoxView Auctions, a bonded auction company.
To be held outdoors, rain or shine.
Sellers arrive and set up by 9am. Auctions begin at 10am, aiming to end by 1pm, for a 3-hour sale.
Due to limited availability, sellers need to reserve attendance in advance.
Seller positions will be drawn at random upon arrival.
No guns, no alcohol, no hoofed or talon animals may be sold at auction. Other animals are welcome. Certain taxidermy may not be allowed.
$35 fee per vehicle to sell the contents of the vehicle, or the vehicle, in auction.
$35 fee for each flea market booth. No size limitation for booth space.
Commission Rates & Reserve Price Fees
The auction company is paid commission on only items that sell, based on sales performance of total sold per seller:
30% commission if the total of a seller's items sold is less than $200
25% commission if the total of a seller's items sold is between $200 and $499
20% commission if the total of a seller's items sold is between $500 and $999
15% commission if the total of a seller's items sold is above $1,000
If any seller wishes to sell any item with a Reserve Price, a $10 fee for Reserve Price items is paid before the auction begins and is refunded if the Reserve Price item sells over the Reserve Price. If the Reserve Price item does not meet the Reserve Price, the $10 fee is non-refundable, having paid for the auctioneer and auction crew to represent the item for sale. Otherwise there is NO FEE to sell any item that has no Reserve Price, other than the $35 Reservation below.

This $35 fee reserves your spot as a seller in the Tailgate Auction at Auction Fest. This fee is non-refundable and will NOT be returned if seller is unable to attend for any reason. Seller order will be determined by random at entry, June 24, 2023, at 9am, rain or shine. Seller commission rates are listed above and purchase of this seller reservation is acknowledging agreement to have items sold at the above stated rate. No other instructions or ticket will be mailed.

One FLEA MARKET Vendor Space for Auction Fest
This $35 fee reserves your unlimited space as a seller in the Flea Market at Auction Fest. This fee is non-refundable and will NOT be returned if seller is unable to attend for any reason. Vendor should be set up and ready to sell June 24, 2023, by 9am, rain or shine. Vendor will sell direct to the public with no commission to the auction company. No other instructions or ticket will be mailed.

One FOOD CONCESSION Space for Auction Fest
This $35 fee reserves your space as a food vendor at Auction Fest and the Flea Market. This fee is non-refundable and will NOT be returned if seller is unable to attend for any reason. Vendor should be set up and ready to sell June 24, 2023, by 9am, rain or shine. Vendor will sell direct to the public with no commission to the auction company. No other instructions or ticket will be mailed.

Vendor set-up begins at 8am. Gates open at 9am for new bidder registration and preview. Bidding starts at 10am and ends by 1pm. Buyers pay a 10% buyer's premium plus sales tax. Cash, check and credit card accepted. Credit card purchases will require a 4% additional fee. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" and must be paid for and removed on the day of sale.
Auction to be held outdoors, rain or shine. Food, drink, and concessions will be available for purchase. Fairground restrooms will be accessible for all. Seating will not be available, so bringing your own lawn chair, stool, or bench is encouraged.
